Everything was super nice, from the welcoming staff who were very polite and professional, the room was ultra clean with brand news equipments. We would recommend the food as well with the very generous diner buffet offering a lot of choices and a good quality. The view from the hotel is stunning, there is a nice free spa, we spend 24h in a dream place ! Everything is exactly as shown on the website photos ! We will definitely come back !

The property is beautiful, great indoor and outdoor pool, good gym, good food selections, great breakfast, comfortable room. Beautiful view.

magnificent setting next to the Pacific Ocean. we stayed at Grand Cosmos and this hotel, the customer service of this hotel is truly 5 star, every moment of our stay was pleasant and every personnel we interacted were polite. helpful and friendly
